Search by cemetery, city or ZIP from the homepage, or browse plots for sale by state. If nothing is listed where you need it, leave your email and we will tell you when something is.

Open the listing and press Message. You need a free account. Your message goes to the seller’s email, and they reply to yours.

Yes, and you should. Ask the seller for the section and lot number, and the cemetery office can show you where it is.

We don’t verify sellers. Ask the seller for a copy of the deed and confirm it with the cemetery office before you agree a price.

That the seller is on the cemetery’s records, what the transfer fee is, whether the cemetery has a right to buy the plot back first, and whether any fees are unpaid.

Go to List a plot and fill in the cemetery, plot type and price. No account needed. We check it, email you, and nothing goes public until you approve it.

Call the cemetery and ask what they charge for a similar plot today. A resale plot needs to come in under that, or a buyer will just buy from the cemetery.

By email. When someone messages you about your plot, it arrives in your inbox and you reply from there. Your email is not shown on the listing.

Yes. From your account you can hide it, mark it sold, or delete it.

Nothing. Listing is free while we launch, and buyers never pay us. We will tell sellers well ahead of time before anything changes.

No. The price you agree with the buyer is yours.

You and the buyer contact the cemetery office. Both of you sign their transfer form, someone pays their fee, and the cemetery records the new owner. We are not part of this step.

Yes. Every transfer goes through the cemetery. Some can refuse, for example if the buyer doesn’t meet a religious cemetery’s rules.

It depends on the cemetery. Ask them before you agree a price, and agree with the buyer who pays it.

When you message a seller, they get your name, your email, your message, and your phone number if you added one. Sellers’ contact details are never shown on their listing.
