How buying a resale plot works
A resale plot is one an owner bought and no longer needs, usually after a family moved or a cremation was chosen instead. It is the same space the cemetery sells, at whatever the owner will accept.
The cemetery still has to approve the transfer and will charge a fee for it, so confirm that before you agree on a price. Pay through the transfer process, never privately in advance.
